REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese technique used for relaxation, stress reduction and rebalancing our energy in our body. It is administered via "laying of the hands" in which the practitioner's hands may be gently laying on you, or hovering over you, in order to activate your body's own healing processes and restore your physical and emotional well-being.
$30 for 30 minutes
$50 for 60 minutes
COACHING
A guided, judgment-free process, utilizing a variety of methods to bring clarity to your life, and motivate you to live the life you want to live. This process may include use of hypnosis, powerful conversation, motivational interviewing, meditation, and other coaching tools.
This process can be very general if you're uncertain where you'd like to begin, or it can be specific to your preferred domain. Either way, we will work together to custom tailor this process to meet your needs.
$100 for 60 minutes.
