Reiki is a Japanese technique used for relaxation, stress reduction, and rebalancing our energy in our body. It is administered via “laying of the hands” in which the practitioner’s hand may be gently laying on you, or hovering over you, in order to activate your body’s own healing processes and restore your physical and emotional well-being.
